Documents Required for Admission
To ensure a smooth and valid admission process, all applicants seeking enrollment at Shree Maruthi Global Academy (CBSE) are required to submit the following documents along with the application form. These documents help verify the child's eligibility, age, identity, and academic background in compliance with school and CBSE norms.
đź“‘ Mandatory Documents for All Classes
- Duly Filled Admission Application Form
The form must be filled in capital letters with accurate personal, academic, and contact details. Ensure all fields are complete before submission. - Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Issued by the Municipal Authority or a recognized official body, the certificate must clearly mention the child’s full name, date of birth, and parents’ names. This serves as age proof. - Recent Passport Size Photographs
Four (4) recent color passport size photographs of the child in school dress (if applicable). One photograph each of the parents/guardian is also required. - Aadhaar Card (Photocopy)
Copy of the child’s Aadhaar card is required. Parents’ Aadhaar card copies may be requested for verification.

- Transfer Certificate (Original)
This must be obtained from the previous school, duly signed by the Head of the Institution. It must indicate the student’s last class attended, attendance record, and conduct. - Mark Sheet or Progress Report (Photocopy)
A copy of the previous class’s academic report card or assessment marks must be provided for evaluation and placement. - Community Certificate (Photocopy)
Applicable for students seeking admission under specific community categories (SC/ST/OBC/others) as per state or CBSE norms. - Migration Certificate (if applicable)
For students from boards other than CBSE, especially in higher classes. - Medical Fitness Certificate (if requested)
A general health certificate from a registered practitioner stating that the child is medically fit to attend school.
